Special Requests

We strive to accommodate your preferences, including selecting your preferred technician, subject to availability. Our skilled professionals will ensure proper draping and comfort throughout your service. If you require any assistance during your visit, please inform your technician or our team.

Junior Services

To maintain a serene and relaxing grooming experience for all clients, we kindly request that children under the age of 8 do not accompany clients to URS Gents Salon. For clients aged 8 to 12 years, we offer a special “Juniors” pricing to cater to their grooming needs. Clients aged 12 years and older will be charged the standard full-service price.

Cancellation & Booking Modifications

We understand that schedules may change. To ensure smooth operations, we require a minimum 4-hour notice for cancellations or modifications to appointments. Kindly note that our staff operates on an appointment basis.

Arrival & Lateness Policy

We kindly request that clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service. This allows for a smooth check-in process and the completion of any required formalities. We understand that unforeseen delays may occur; however, in respect of all clients’ time, services will only be administered for the remaining duration of the scheduled appointment. No extensions or price adjustments will be made in such cases.

Retail Exchange

Policy

To exchange a product, the following conditions apply:

• The product must be returned in-store with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in sellable condition.
• Exchanges without a receipt or beyond the 14-day period cannot be processed.
• Items can only be exchanged; refunds are not available.
